How do I arrange for treatment at Lago Vista Physical Therapy ?

You need a referral for Physical Therapy treatment from your doctor or chiropractor, once you have a referral you can contact us directly for an appointment for your initial evaluation appointment.

Where can I find Lago Vista Physical Therapy ?

We are located in Lago Vista in the City Offices Building on the Thunderbird Rd. side of the building.

If you are unfamiliar with the City Offices, take Lohmans Ford Road to Dawn and take a Left on Thunderbird.  We are 100 yards down on the left.
